According to their website— All zoo guests are required to make a reservation online for the date of their choice. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week. Last entry is at 2:59 p.m. Guests will be admitted during the first hour of their reservation window. One walks through the zoo. There is a train ride for an additional cost that covers a large part of the zoo. They also rent wheelchairs, but they don't have very many.
